Steps

  • Mash half of the raspberries with the sugar, torn mint, and juice of half a lemon.
  • Pour the mashed berry mixture into the bottom of a large jug.
  • Add the red wine, 300ml of cranberry juice, and ice to the jug.
  • Top with lemonade and garnish with the remaining raspberries, lemon slices, and mint leaves.
