Steps

  • Rub spices, seasoning, ginger, garlic, and 5ml of oil into the fish.
  • Heat remaining oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  • Dust fish with flour on both sides.
  • Place fish in pan and reduce heat slightly.
  • Fry fish for four minutes on one side.
  • Turn fish and fry for another 3 to 4 minutes until crisp.
  • Serve fish on plates with a squeeze of lemon juice.
