Steps

  • Steam the purple sprouting broccoli for 5-6 minutes until tender.
  • Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic cloves until golden.
  • Remove and discard the garlic cloves from the oil.
  • Add the chilli flakes and anchovies to the pan and cook until the anchovies dissolve.
  • Season with salt and pepper and stir in the lemon juice.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the broccoli and serve with toasted ciabatta.
