Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Place the pastry on a baking sheet and brush edges with beaten egg.
  • Lay basil in the pastry center and top with salmon and spring onion.
  • Drizzle with honey and season with salt and pepper.
  • Wrap the pastry edges over the salmon to form a parcel.
  • Brush with remaining egg and bake for 12 minutes until golden.
  • Sice the cooked parcel in half diagonally to serve.
