Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C and grease two baking sheets.
  • Cut the pastry into forty 5cm squares and place them 2.5cm apart on the sheets.
  • Place 2.5ml of pesto and half a cherry tomato in the center of each square.
  • Add a bit more pesto and top each square with an asparagus spear.
  • Sprinkle grated parmesan and a little olive oil over the treats.
  • Season and bake for 5 to 8 minutes until golden and cheese has melted.
