Steps

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a wok.
  • Stir-fry the garlic, chilli, and onion for 2 minutes.
  • Add the prawns and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

  • Season the mixture with salt and black pepper.
  • Serve on a warm plate and garnish with chopped coriander.
