Steps

  • Slice pork fillet into thin strips and season with salt and pepper.
  • Stir fry the meat in oil over high heat until browned and remove from pan.
  • Melt butter in the pan and cook sliced onions until tender over low heat.
  • Stir in paprika and mushrooms then toss for one minute.
  • Return meat to the pan then add soured cream and lemon juice to heat through.
  • Season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley, and serve with mashed potato.
