Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  • Place one pastry disk on a baking sheet and top with leeks and blue cheese, leaving a 1cm border.
  • Brush the border with beaten egg, top with the second disk, and seal the edges.
  • Brush the top with egg and bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden.
  • Serve on a warm plate garnished with parsley.
