Steps

  • Spread the cooked rice on a baking sheet to cool completely.
  • Heat a wok over high heat and add the groundnut oil until smoking.
  • Stir-fry the minced pork for two minutes.
  • Add soy sauce, salt, pepper, ginger, and spring onions and stir-fry for two more minutes.
  • Mix in the cooled rice and stir-fry for five minutes until heated through.
  • Stir in sesame oil and pineapple pieces until the fruit is warm.
