Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 240°C.
  • Stir flour, yeast, and salt in a bowl, then mix in warm water and oil to form a dough.
  • Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8 to 10 minutes until smooth.
  • Roll the dough into a large thin disc and press fingertips across the surface.
  • Spread passata over the base, leaving a 2cm gap, then top with peppers, pepperoni, and mozzarella.
  • Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the base is crisp and the edges char.
  • Drizzle with oil, garnish with basil, and season before serving.
