Steps

  • Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Fry chopped onion and garlic for 4 minutes until soft.
  • Add 200g frozen peas and 300ml stock and bring to a boil.
  • Simmer the mixture for ten minutes on reduced heat.
  • Stir in 50ml cream and blend until smooth using a hand blender.
  • Season with salt and pepper and serve garnished with mint.
