Steps

  • Melt 25g of butter with olive oil in a frying pan.
  • Fry the onion, garlic, and chilli until softened.
  • Pour in 50ml of white wine and boil until the liquid reduces by half.
  • Add the chopped tomatoes and simmer the mixture for five minutes.
  • Stir in the parsley and season with salt and pepper.
  • Toss 150g of cooked pasta through the sauce and serve in a warm bowl.
