Steps

  • Preheat the grill to its highest setting.
  • Open the oyster shells and loosen each oyster from the base.
  • Melt the butter in a pan and fry the onion and parsley for 3 minutes.
  • Add the spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.
  • Stir in the breadcrumbs and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Top each oyster with 5 ml of the mixture and a small piece of butter.
  • Place on a baking tray and grill until golden-brown.
