Steps

  • Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  • Marinate chicken in the fridge, covered, for at least one hour.
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Griddle chicken strips over high heat for 2 minutes until browned.
  • Bake chicken on a baking sheet for 5 minutes until cooked through.
  • Season chicken and garnish with spring onions and toasted sesame seeds.
  • Mix chopped avocados with lime juice in a bowl.
  • Add remaining guacamole ingredients and season to taste.
  • Serve chicken on plates with a spoonful of guacamole.
