Mix the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl using a fork.
Stir in the chopped olives and rosemary.
Make a well in the center and add 150ml of warm water and the olive oil.
Stir the mixture until it forms a ball of dough.
Knead the dough on a work surface until it is smooth.
Place the dough in a bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise in a warm place for 45 to 60 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 230°C and grease a baking tray.
Divide the dough into eight pieces and roll each into a ball.
Place the balls on the tray and bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden-brown.
