Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Place the sausages in a single layer in a roasting tin.
  • Mix the mustards, honey, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  • Pour the mixture over the sausages and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Roll the sausages in the glaze once or twice during cooking.
  • Steam the carrot chunks for 15 to 20 minutes until tender.
  • Mash the steamed carrots with a large knob of butter.
  • Serve the sticky sausages on top of the carrot mash.
