Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Mix the spices, salt, and pepper then coat the beef cubes in the mixture.
  • Thread beef onto metal skewers, drizzle with oil, and griddle for 3 minutes until charred.
  • Toss tomatoes and sugar in a hot ovenproof pan for 2 minutes.
  • Roast tomatoes in the oven for 6 minutes then stir in balsamic vinegar.
  • Serve the kebabs over the charred tomatoes and garnish with lime wedges.
