Steps

  • Mix the lamb mince, cumin, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  • Divide the mixture into 16 even pieces and roll into balls.
  • Fry the meatballs in oil over medium heat for 15 minutes until cooked through.
  • Cube the tomatoes and cucumber and toss with oil, mixed herbs, and seasoning.
  • Combine the yoghurt with mixed herbs and season to taste.
  • Toast and open the pittas, then fill with lettuce, four meatballs, and herby yoghurt.
