Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 230°C.
  • Spread the mincemeat over the pastry sheet and sprinkle with cranberries and diced apple.
  • Roll up the pastry sheet from both ends until they meet in the middle.
  • Slice the roll into 1cm thick pieces and place them on an oiled baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the pastry is cooked and golden.
