Steps

  • Mix the beef mince and garlic in a bowl and shape into small meatballs with wet hands.
  • Fry the meatballs in olive oil for 6 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  • Remove meatballs from the pan and keep them warm.
  • Fry the onion and garlic in the same pan for 3 minutes until softened.
  • Stir in tomatoes and ketchup then season with salt and pepper.
  • Simmer for 4 minutes until tomatoes are tender and stir in parsley.
  • Warming the meatballs in the sauce then spoon into the baguette and serve with salad.
