Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C.
  • Roll the marzipan squares to a 1 cm thickness.
  • Brush the filo pastry squares with melted butter.
  • Place one marzipan square in the center of each pastry square.
  • Set a peach half flat-side down onto each marzipan square.
  • Fold in the pastry corners so the peach remains visible.
  • Brush with butter and bake on a tray for six minutes.
  • Dust with icing sugar and serve on a plate.
