Steps

  • Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt in a bowl over a pan of boiling water.
  • Peel and cut the bananas into 2cm slices.
  • Thread a marshmallow and then a banana slice onto each skewer.
  • Remove the melted chocolate from the heat source.
  • Dip the skewered banana and marshmallow into the melted chocolate.
  • Place the skewers on parchment paper and refrigerate until the chocolate sets.
  • Serve the skewers standing upright in a vase.
