Method

Marinate the beef with soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil in a bowl for 10 minutes.

Stir-fry the marinated beef in a frying pan with vegetable oil for 3 minutes over a high heat.

Remove the meat from the pan and stir butter and herbs into the remaining juices.

Combine the coleslaw ingredients and press the mixture into a chef's ring on a plate.

Remove the ring, top the coleslaw with the beef, and drizzle with the herb sauce.
