Steps

  • Mix the honey and Greek yoghurt together in a small bowl.
  • Scoop the passion fruit seeds and flesh into the yoghurt mixture and stir.
  • Layer the cubed mango and yoghurt mixture into two stemmed glasses.
  • Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for up to 8 hours.
  • Serve at room temperature garnished with fresh mint.
