Steps

  • Smash the lemongrass in a pestle and mortar until aromas are released.
  • Boil 140ml of milk and add the lemongrass to infuse.
  • Cool the milk to room temperature and discard the lemongrass.
  • Place the infused milk, mangoes, yoghurt, ice cream, and remaining 140ml of cold milk into a blender.
  • Whiz the mixture until smooth.
  • Pour the milkshake into tall glasses to serve.
