Steps

  • Mix 10 ml of lemon juice with the lamb mince in a bowl.
  • Blend oil, garlic, ginger, chillies, peppercorns, cumin, coriander, lemon juice, turmeric, and salt into a paste.
  • Stir the spice paste and fresh coriander into the lamb mince.
  • Shape the meat into long sausages on skewers or into small patties.
  • Brush kebabs with oil and grill or barbecue for 5 minutes per side until cooked.
