Steps

  • Preheat a baking sheet in the oven to 200°C.
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  • Layer a sheet of greaseproof paper over a sheet of aluminium foil.
  • Pour the mixture onto the paper and place prawns on top.
  • Fold the layers in half and roll the edges tight to seal.
  • Bake the sealed bag on the hot tray for 15 minutes.
  • Transfer the bag to a plate and tear open to serve.
