Steps

  • Heat the oil in a small frying pan over a low heat.
  • Add the garlic and chilli and cook gently for five minutes without colouring.
  • Add the tomatoes and lemon juice and cook for two minutes.
  • Stir in the 250g of prawns and cook for 3 minutes until hot through.
  • Remove from heat, stir in parsley, and season with pepper.
  • Serve the prawn mixture with 160g of steamed green beans.
