Steps

  • Melt the butter in a pan and stir in the crushed biscuits.
  • Press the mixture into an 18cm springform tin and chill for one hour.
  • Whip the cream cheese then beat in the Irish cream and icing sugar.
  • Fold in the whipped cream and grated chocolate until the mixture is smooth.
  • Spoon the filling onto the biscuit base and refrigerate for two hours.
  • Decorate with extra whipped cream and cocoa powder before serving.
