Stir in the sultanas and glace cherries.
Whisk the milk, egg, and yoghurt together in a separate clean bowl.
Melt the honey and butter in a pan over medium heat and stir to combine.
Mix the melted honey and butter into the liquid egg and yoghurt mixture.
Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined.
Spoon into muffin cases and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Cool the muffins on a wire rack.
Mix the icing sugar, lemon juice, and water into a smooth paste.
Spread icing on cooled muffins and decorate with silver sugar balls.
