Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  • Remove the steak from the pan and slice it thinly.
  • Place one tortilla in the pan and layer with cheese, spring onions, coriander, and steak.
  • Top with the second tortilla and a final sprinkle of cheese.
  • Bake the pan in the oven for 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
  • Cut the sandwich into wedges and serve.
