Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Pulse the flour, baking powder, and cheese in a food processor to combine.
  • Mix the milk, yoghurt, and oil in a separate bowl.
  • Gradually add the wet mixture to the processor until a dough forms.
  • Knead the dough briefly on a floured surface and roll to 2.5cm thickness.
  • Heat an ovenproof griddle pan and melt the butter.
  • Cut dough into discs and fry on one side until golden-brown.
  • Transfer the pan to the oven for 7-8 minutes until risen.
  • Serve the scones on a board scattered with parsley.
