Steps

  • Cut each filo sheet in half and overlap them.
  • Brush the pastry with melted butter and place a scoop of ice cream in the center.
  • Bunch the pastry into a parcel, dust with icing sugar, and bake at 220°C for 2-3 minutes.
  • Preheat a griddle pan and brush the fruit with melted butter.
  • Griddle the bananas and figs on both sides until cooked.
  • Serve the hot parcels with the griddled fruit, honey, icing sugar, and mint.
