Steps

  • Beat eggs in a bowl with salt, pepper, herbs, and noodles.
  • Heat butter and oil in a frying pan and cook the mixture for 4 minutes until set.
  • Remove the tortilla to a plate and allow it to cool slightly.
  • Sauté onion in oil for 4 minutes in a saucepan.
  • Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Stir in remaining dressing ingredients and warm through.
  • Slice tortilla and drizzle with the warm dressing.
