Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Boil the sprouts in salted water for 3 to 4 minutes and drain.
  • Heat olive oil in an ovenproof frying pan.
  • Fry the sprouts with the herbs and garlic for 2 minutes.
  • Transfer the pan to the oven and cook for 10 to 12 minutes until tender.
  • Serve the sprouts in a gratin dish.
