Optional: Roast thick steaks at 180°C for 4-6 minutes if needed.

Toss mixed beans, celery, and chilli into the dressing.
Mix yoghurt, dill, lime juice, and grated cucumber for tzatziki.
Season to taste and adjust consistency with water if required.
Serve fish over bean salad with a dollop of tzatziki.
Garnish with lime wedges and parsley.
