Steps

  • Fry the onion and garlic in 15ml of olive oil for 5 minutes until soft.
  • Add the red pepper, 100ml of white wine, and salt, then boil until reduced.
  • Roll the king prawns in sesame seeds until they are completely coated.
  • Cook the prawns in a hot oiled griddle pan for 2 minutes on each side.
