Method

Fry the onion and garlic in 15ml of olive oil for 5 minutes until soft.

Add the red pepper, 100ml of white wine, and salt, then boil until reduced.

Roll the king prawns in sesame seeds until they are completely coated.

Cook the prawns in a hot oiled griddle pan for 2 minutes on each side.
