Steps

  • Flatten the chicken breast to a 1cm thickness using a meat tenderiser.
  • Coat the chicken in a bowl with 15ml of olive oil, chervil, salt, and pepper.
  • Boil the broccoli for one minute, then rinse under cold water and dry thoroughly.
  • Grill the chicken in a hot griddle pan for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
  • Toss broccoli in remaining 15ml of oil and grill for 2 minutes until tender.
  • Top broccoli with chicken, drizzle with lemon juice, and garnish with dill.
