Steps

  • Preheat the grill to its highest setting.
  • Score the mango flesh in a criss-cross pattern and push the skin inside out.
  • Drizzle the mango with honey and sprinkle with chilli flakes.
  • Melt 15g of butter in an ovenproof frying pan and cook mango flesh-side down for 2 minutes.
  • Turn the mango over and grill for 3 to 4 minutes until golden-brown.
