Steps

  • Combine water, sugar, cinnamon, saffron, and honey in a pan and heat until sugar dissolves.
  • Simmer the mixture gently for five minutes.
  • Add the halved apricots and simmer for another five minutes.
  • Remove the pan from heat and discard the cinnamon stick.
  • Place apricots on a bed of yoghurt and drizzle with the prepared syrup.
  • Top with crushed pistachios and serve warm.
