Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease four dariole moulds.
  • Place sugar, butter, and chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
  • Melt the butter and chocolate gently then remove from the heat.
  • Whisk the mixture until fully combined.
  • Beat in the egg yolks and whole eggs.
  • Gently fold in the flour.
  • Pour the batter into moulds and chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  • Bake on a tray for 8 to 9 minutes.
  • Rest for two minutes before turning out onto plates.
  • Serve immediately with double cream.
