Steps

  • Skin the hot potatoes and roll them in a mixture of breadcrumbs and parmesan.
  • Dip the potatoes in beaten egg and roll them in the breadcrumb mixture again.
  • Heat the oil to 180°C and deep-fry the potatoes for 5-6 minutes until golden.
  • Drain the potatoes on absorbent paper and keep them warm.
  • Melt the butter in a pan and cook the garlic until golden.
  • Season the butter, stir in the parsley, and pour the mixture over the potatoes.
