Steps

  • Heat olive oil and 15g butter in a pan and gently cook chopped spring onions for 3 minutes.
  • Fry chopped garlic for one minute.
  • Add 150g seafood and saffron with its liquid and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Stir in the hot cooked pasta and mix until well coated.
  • Serve in dishes and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
