Preheat the oven to 220°C.

Place the bread, cream, plaice, dill, and egg into a food processor and blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a lined and greased round ramekin and place it into a bain-marie.

Bake in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes.

Combine the sauce cream and orange juice in a saucepan, bring to a boil, and reduce for 2 minutes.

Turn the mousse out onto a plate and drizzle with the warm orange cream.
