Steps

  • Boil stock, rice, and chillies in a pan for 8 minutes.
  • Add peas and cook for 4 minutes until tender.
  • Drain excess liquid and stir in herbs and sesame oil.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Press rice into a lightly oiled bowl and turn out onto a plate.
