Steps

  • Heat sesame oil in a wok until it begins to smoke.
  • Add the prepared vegetables gradually and stir-fry until slightly softened.
  • Add the beef pieces to the wok and toss thoroughly with the vegetables.
  • Squeeze in lime juice and add 60ml of water.
  • Warm all dressing ingredients in a separate pan.
  • Boil the dressing for three minutes, then blend until smooth and let cool.
  • Heat dry rice in a pan until it pops like cereal.
  • Serve the stir-fry drizzled with dressing and garnished with popped rice and coriander.
