Method

Mix the flour and parsley together in a wide, shallow bowl.

Whisk the eggs, milk, and black pepper in a separate bowl.

Heat the oil in a deep saucepan until a breadcrumb sizzles and browns immediately.

Dip each mushroom slice into the egg mixture then coat thoroughly with the flour.
