Steps

  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  • Add 85g crocodile pieces and fry for 2-3 minutes until golden-brown.
  • Stir in the 85g chickpeas, chopped tomato, 15ml tomato purée, and 30ml boiling water.
  • Simmer for 1-2 minutes until the crocodile is cooked through.
  • Add the spinach and cook for 1-2 minutes until wilted.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve in a bowl garnished with sesame seeds.
