Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  • Heat olive oil in a griddle pan and season the chicken breast.
  • Chargrill the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side.
  • Transfer chicken to the oven and roast for 10-12 minutes until cooked.
  • Toss cooked noodles with sesame oil in a bowl.
  • Fry noodles in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
  • Simmer vinegar, chilli, sugar, soy, and garlic for 5 minutes.
  • Slices chicken and serve with noodle cake and dressing.
