Steps

  • Sweat the diced onion in a large hot pan with the olive oil.
  • Chop the drained mushrooms and add them to the pan with the reserved liquid.
  • Simmer the mixture for two minutes.
  • Stir in the 150g of cooked tagliatelle and 50ml of cream.
  • Season with salt and pepper then serve immediately.
